Working out or working off?!

After a week of research, pondering, minding off and on I managed to complete it.
What is it? It’s a little program of how to “load out” the one physical aspect of what I am 🙂

For the moment I only hope I can follow it as pointed out and to really reap the benefits from the many hours I invest every week in this.
And the goals are set. The time of change has arrived.
